Can someone please help me solve this problem I am having with my webcam? It was videoing just fine, the all of a sudden the video was choppy and the visual was behind the audio, it did not match. I telephoned Logitech support who had me delete the software and download from their website version 11.5. That worked fine, then the other day the trouble happened again. Once again I deleted the software and downloaded from the Internet. However this time the fix did not work. I telephoned
